    Sponsor Packages $800 Each

(BEST VALUE is Sponsor + 4some)

    Hole Sponsorships
Tee Box Signage; 2 Lunch Tickets; 4 Drawing Tickets; Breakfast; Golf Cart

Contest or Hole in One holes are great for sponsors who plan to be onsite. These holes require our sponsors to be the witness.

Hole Sponsors are responsible for bringing their own tables/chairs/tent, etc. and are encouraged to engage golfers.

Hole Sponsors are required to provide a drawing prize worth $100 or more. This can be a gift card, or a gift basket, or anything you like. What we would discourage is a gift of "service" from your company. The prize should be something anyone can enjoy, regardless of their industry. A receptacle will be provided for golfers to enter to win your prize, which will be displayed at your hole. Your prize and entries should be brought back to the clubhouse for lunch where sponsors will be given additional visibility when your prize is won!

Sponsors must arrange with Arrowhead to provide alcohol at the Hole no later than 7 business days prior to the event. Colorado Liquor Laws prohibit you from supplying alcohol at your hole. Arrowhead will provide staff to be at your hole and distribute.

Putting Green or Driving Range Sponsors

    Tee Box Signage

These are great sponsorship opportunities for someone who is also golfing, and is not looking for a sponsorship opportunity that requires them to be at a hole.

    Beverage Cart Sponsors
    (2 available)

Signage on the Beverage Carts and Golf Cart
Two Lunch Tickets; 4 Drawing Tickets, Breakfast

This is a great sponsorship opportunity for someone who is not golfing, but likes to be on the course moving around. The Beverage Cart Sponsor will have a golf cart, separate from the Beverage Cart, and can distribute non-alcoholic beverages for the Beverage Cart, or drink tickets that can be purchased from Arrowhead in advance and handed out to golfers on the green.

Beverage Cart Sponsors are required to provide a drawing prize worth $100 or more.

The Beverage cart can either follow the Arrowhead Beverage Cart, or strike out on their own. Purchase of drink tickets is optional, and in addition to the sponsorship rate.

Sponsors must arrange with Arrowhead to provide alcohol at the Hole no later than 7 business days prior to the event. Colorado Liquor Laws prohibit you from supplying alcohol at your hole. Arrowhead will provide staff to be at your hole and distribute.

    Breakfast or Lunch Sponsors

Tee Box Signage; 2 Lunch Tickets; 4 Drawing Tickets; Breakfast; Golf Cart

Signage placed in the Clubhouse dining room.

These are great sponsorship opportunities for someone who is also golfing, and is not looking for a sponsorship opportunity that requires them to be at a hole.

Breakfast is provided for golfers from 6AM - 7:45AM. Based on feedback, we will be providing grab-n-go items so golfers can mingle, or get onto the green. This upgrade will also limit our waste. Sponsor may also bring a stand alone marketing banner as well.

Lunch is provided at the conclusion of the tournament and includes awards and drawing prizes. Lunch Sponsor may also bring a stand alone marketing banner as well.

Breakfast and Lunch Sponsors are required to provide a drawing prize worth $100 or more. This can be a gift card, or a gift basket, or anything you like. What we would discourage is a gift of "service" from your company. The prize should be something anyone can enjoy, regardless of their industry. Registration Sponsor

Registration Table signage; Invitation to be at Registration to greet all guests

This is a great sponsorship opportunity for someone who is also golfing, and is not looking for a sponsorship opportunity that requires them to be at a hole.

    Ball Drop Sponsor

Ball Drop Table signage; Tea Box signage at Ball Drop

This is a great sponsorship opportunity for someone who is also golfing, and is not looking for a sponsorship opportunity that requires them to be at a hole.

    Marketing Sponsor

Tee Box signage placed at Clubhouse - Poster with logo at event.
