Policies provide a necessary framework in the decision making process for IREM® Greater Denver Chapter 17. It is the responsibility of the IREM® Greater Denver Executive Council to adopt, amend and retire policies. Policies are living documents, and must be amended with the growth and maturity of the Chapter. Additionally, the economic and industry climate can require policies be amended. Well maintained policies provide IREM® Greater Denver with the structure to operate in the best interest of the organization and its membership year after year.
