The cannabis industry is changing at the speed at light. With new states getting on the cannabis bandwagon every year and with every state doing this industry in their own unique way, there is one thing we can count on -- nothing will remain the same. What does this mean for those that have found a safe place of recognition and for those just getting acquainted? What can we expect over the next several years from a state and federal perspective and how will this all impact your real estate business?

    Sean T. McAllister is one of the nation’s leading cannabis business attorneys, licensed to practice law in both Colorado and California. Sean’s legal work focuses on the complex interplay between corporate law and state cannabis regulatory structures and federal law. Sean is an experienced attorney who helps his clients make important decisions when launching and operating their businesses.

    In addition, Sean is an experienced litigator, having tried approximately 40 cases to a judge or jury. Sean has represented numerous business owners in civil litigation revolving around ownership disputes, breach of contract, employment law disputes, and other disputes.
